Togbega Gabusu VII known in private life as (Mr. Seth Kojo Agbesinyale) was born in Hohoe in the Volta region of Ghana to Mr. Fridolin McRudolph Agbesinyale and Mrs. Maloe Kumadie-Agbesinyale all of blessed memory.
Togbega Gabusu VII grew up in Hohoe, Kwamekrom, Kadjebi and Ho due to the nature of his father’s work as a professional banker with Ghana Commercial bank (GCB Bank).

Seth R.K Agbesinyale was outdoored as Togbega Gabusu VII on 11th June, 2022 in colorful ceremony in Hohoe after a period of confinement. This commenced traditional rites towards the interment of his predecessor, Togbega Gabusu VI
Coronation/Enstoolment
On the 26th of November, 2022, Togbega Gabusu VII was coronated and enstooled as the paramount chief of Gbi Traditional Area and Chief of Torkorni [2][3][17].
Induction
Togbega Gabusu VII was among ten gazetted Paramount Chiefs across the Volta region who were inducted into the Volta Region House of Chiefs (VRHC) on Wednesday Feb 22, 2023 in Ho
His Lordship Owuahene Acheampong of the Ho High Court conducted the oaths of membership, judicial and secrecy to the new members in a room packed with their supporters and loved ones who came to witness the ceremony
Education
Togbega started his schooling from Happy Home Preparatory school in Hohoe where he was the class prefect. He proceeded to Awudome Senior High school [16] for his SSCE. Togbega went further to University of Professional Studies to pursue Marketing. It was there that he had the opportunity to travel to the United Kingdom to Continue his Studies in the year 2004. He enrolled at Jeff Wooller College in Holborn London to study Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). From there he went to University of Leicester UK to study Diploma in Management majoring in (Banking and Financial services). Togbega again whiles in the UK decided to do his master’s with University of Sunderland UK graduating with Master of Business Administration (MBA) with merit.
Work
Work
Togbega has worked with several institutions such as Park Management Services, Corp Security Services Ltd among others in the UK. Togbega came down to Ghana and did his national service with Fidelity bank Ghana in the year 2013. After the service, he worked with Hodidi Micro-finance Ltd as a Business Development Manager, First Trust Savings and Loans limited as a Relationship Manager and later reassigned to become Investment Manager. Togbega is currently working with Ghana Integrated Iron and Steel Development Corporation (GIISDEC) as a Senior Investment Officer. By deed of hard work Togbega was promoted last year to become the Regional / Investment Manager for the Corporation. Togbega has attended number of Conferences, Exhibitions and Workshops both home and abroad.
Lifestyle
Togbega Gabusu VII is the fourth of eight children of his parents. Togbega is married with three children, and he is a Christian. Togbega has travelled to the United Kingdom, Belgium, Holland, France, UAE (Dubai) among others.
